Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: your email address, and your name and profile image if you sign in with Google.
- Your content: the funnels, scenarios, notes, and templates you create.
- Billing data: your subscription status and a Stripe customer identifier. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Basic usage data: limited analytics on sign-up and core actions, and error diagnostics, used to keep the Service working.
Why we collect it
To provide the Service, authenticate you, bill your subscription, send transactional email (sign-in links and receipts), and diagnose and fix problems. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your funnel content to train anything.
Who processes your data
We use a small set of sub-processors: Microsoft Azure (hosting and database), Stripe (payments and tax), Resend (transactional email), and Google (sign-in). Each receives only the data needed for its function.
Cookies
We use a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because the only cookie is essential to the Service, it is set when you sign in.
Your rights
You can export all of your data as a JSON file, and permanently delete your account and its data, at any time from the account page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and also cancels any active subscription. For any other request, contact erik.d.gross@gmail.com.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists, including while an account is lapsed and read-only, so your work is there when you return. When you delete your account, the data is removed.
