Terms of Service

1. What this service is
Funnel Economics Explorer ("the Service") is a web application for modeling the unit economics of marketing funnels. It performs calculations on numbers you enter. Every figure it produces is a model based on your inputs and assumptions.
2. No financial or business advice
The Service is a calculator, not an advisor. Its outputs are estimates that depend entirely on the accuracy of the inputs and assumptions you provide. You are solely responsible for the business and spending decisions you make. The Service is provided without any warranty that its outputs are correct, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
3. Accounts
You sign in with Google or an email link. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your email account secure, since access to it grants access to the Service.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
The Service is offered on a paid subscription at the prices shown on the pricing page, billed through Stripe. A new subscription begins with a 14-day trial that requires a payment method. Unless cancelled during the trial, the subscription converts to a paid plan automatically. You can cancel any time from the billing page. If a subscription lapses or a payment fails, your account becomes read-only and your data is retained; it is not deleted. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
5. Your content
You own the funnels, scenarios, and other data you create. You grant the Service only the permissions needed to store and display that data back to you, and to render any read-only share links or templates you choose to publish. You can export your data or delete your account and all its data at any time from the account page.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach the isolation between accounts, disrupt the Service, or use it to store unlawful content. Published templates and share links you create are your responsibility.
7. Changes and termination
These terms and the Service may change over time; material changes will be noted here with an updated date. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
